Encino

Although Encino is usually considered as part of the San Fernando Valley, its homes stretch all the way over the edge of the Los Angeles basin to the southwest. If you’ve ever driven towards the popular and populated Ventura artery, you have probably seen the pretty, expansive homes that rise up above the valley, its incredible views stretching in all directions.

Encino is located in the hub of the southern boundary of the San Fernando Valley and is surrounded by some of the most beautiful rural and residential regions in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, including the Santa Monica Mountains, Simi Hills, and San Gabriel Mountains.
